have you tried clear ip ro *
as well if you are redistributiing between as's on R3 are you assigning a
manual metric/default metric or leaving alone ?

prefer R3 is if you modify the distance for eigrp external routes or
redistribute connected. I think that is what is happening but I am not
absolutely certain if eigrp treats routes from an another system as
external. I am sure someone can clarify.
