It so appears to me that you do have 2 routers with same RID. You need to
reconfigure your routers such as RID is different. RID is chosen as follows
(a little simplified):
- manually configured
- if none manually configured, highest IP address of a loopback interface
- if none manually configured and no loopbacks present, highest IP address
of an interface (has to be up/up)

RID is not changed on the fly, you shall reboot the routers before new RID
takes effect. As such if you changed interface IP configuration which would
interfere with the above rules you should reboot the routers after the
change is complete.
