I guess it's better to write down a translation rule under voice-port of the
caller (Phone1). Num-exp also influences the other analog telephone as
well..
I think this should work but did not put it on the lab though...

Rule 0 ^0 6161
Dial-peer voice 72 pots
Destination-pattern 7272
Port 1/0/0
Dial-peer voice 61 pots
