HELP Needed on Cisco Acs server !!!

Hi all,
 
We have cisco ACS V 2.6 server running on WindowsNT, Hav around 60 users, they have been placed in a group,how can we change the password limit to 3 and after that account gets disables till released by admin, We tried doing it for test on one user , it
gave me an error stating that
 
"Faied count equals or exceeds MAX count .PLease ensure that the MAX Count is
greater than the Current count or Choos to have the Current coount reset. "
 
Pls help..
