The last two times I've tried to use Cisco live,
I get the following:
Attention: The Cisco Live "Talk to us now" service is currently
unavailable due to a scheduled outage in order to perform a system
upgrade. For alternate methods of contact, please visit Contacts &
Feedback. We appreciate your patience while we improve this system, and
apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you."
Seems like the last time I tried was a few days ago....I love this
feature and would hate to learn that it's going away or something.
