Autoinstall Problem

Hi group,
 
I would like to configure R4 as DHCP and TFTP servers for R1 autoinstall process but not working. I suspect R4 hasn't sent out option value to bb1 or bb1 don't understand? I am using Version 12.2(15)T8. Any idea?
 
I have tried the followings but still fail:
- using option 66;
- using ip helper-address under int f1/0 to point to another tftp server.
 
bb1 still searching for network-confg, cisconet.cfg etc. not bb1-conf
