You would summarize on all area 2 ABRs. In your case R1, R2, and R3 are
ABRs for area 2.

Brian,
Thanks for reply. I liked area range option to summarize host routes.
In my topology:frame network is one area that is area 2.
I also have: R2 (hub) connected to area 0
               R1 (spoke) connected to area 1
               R3 (spoke) connected to area 3
and virtual links between R1-R2 and R2-R3.

In this case where should I configure area range command ?
