Navaid,

The OSPF point-to-multipoint network type treats each pvc as a point-point
link and requires the /32 routes. If you have multipoint frame interfaces
and are asked to use a network type that does not require a DR/BDR, this
would be your choice. No neighbor statements are required, as well. If you
don't want /32 routes, try NBMA or Broadcast OSPF network types on your
multipoint frame interfaces.
