It is important to understand that this command "allows" a default to be
sent or received. It is not generating a default.
Here are the options for the command:
in - Allows IGRP or EIGRP exterior or default routes to be received by an
IGRP process.
out - Allows IGRP or EIGRP exterior routes to be advertised in updates.
Note the keyword "Allows" ;-)
