WFQ

Hi guys,
i have a question for you.
I'm doing some test in WFQ to test different active flow through a
serial back to back connection with a fixed bandwidth.
I have 50 flow at costant bit rate and another one flow that simulate a
voice flow (RTP flow), but not every packet of this flow is marked at
tos=5 but, instead, just 20% of the amount of the packet in the flow is
marked critical.
Now in this scenario, during my test, I cannot see from the sh queue
se0 the reserved flow. Infact the probability to drop packet from the
flow marked tos=0 is the same for the packet tos=5.
1)The question is, how does it work WFQ in the real? (I have got QOS
cisco book but this concept isn't explain actually.)
2)How WFQ recognize flows?
From my point of view the algorithm should split my voice flow in 2
because the hash algorithm that assign a number at the flow should find
2 different parameters inside the packets, because there is a case where
I have the same ip addresses parameters and byte count but tos=0 and
another case with tos=5.
During my test, by the way, WFQ don't recognize flow traffic as a
reserved conversation..
Obviously this issue don't appear when I mark all packet of my voice
flow as tos=5.

I know that this is not as usual question but any help will be
appreciate.

Thank you.
