radius callback isdn

Hi,
I am trying to configure my radius server (ACS) to provide the isdn
callback string to the router.
 
I receive the following:
 
cisco AVPair "lcp:callback-dialstring=384800" not applied for multilink
cisco AVPair "lcp:callback-dialstring=384800" not applied for ip
 
is this normal? Have I forgot something ?
 
the isdn link is established/authenticated but no calllback.
