Hi Ken,
As I know in later IOS code redistribute connected under router ospf
will not generate any LSA for these connected interfaces already
participates in OSPF.
I thought that was for all other IGP's too.

Redistribute connected with a route-map is a good practice. If no
route-map
is used, ALL connected interface will be redistributed. The practice
does
not relate to any single IGP.
P.S. In later IOS code, redistribute connected under router ospf will

generate a Type-5 LSA if that connected interface already participates
in
OSPF.
