I'm just throwing off the first idea that crossed my mind. Have you try to
do some research about route leaking in ISIS. It's something about
redistributing route from L1 to L2 or something like that...

Subject: Redistributing ISIS
Is there any way of redistributing ISIS "ia" routes? I have a L1 router
that
is receiving routes from L1/L2 that is redistributing all the L2 routes
into
L1 routes. Now, the L1 router sees those routes as "ia". I can't seem to
figure out how to redistribute those "ia" routes into OSPF.
Is there something i'm missing?
