Hi, Does anyone know what these commands do?:
boot-start-marker & boot-end-marker

Comae across a strange problem, I have the following boot commands configured on the router:
!
boot-start-marker
boot system flash c3745-is-mz.123-15.ZJ3.bin
boot-end-marker
!
and this is what I have in flash:
router3745#sh flash
-#- --length-- ---------date/time--------- path
1 20554252 Mar 1 1993 00:24:26 +00:00 c3745-ipvoice-mz.123-4.T.bin
2 20521424 Mar 1 1993 00:28:24 +00:00 c3745-is-mz.122-15.ZJ3.bin
3 1545728 Mar 1 1993 00:32:26 +00:00 qdm-2.0.tar

21254144 bytes available (42631168 bytes used)

router3745#

But when the router booted up:
System image file is "flash:c3745-ipvoice-mz.123-4.T.bin"

I cant understand why the router did this, and I cant find the above boot commands anywhere on cisco cco.

Any insight or a link pointing to more info will be much appreciated.

TIA
Mohammad
