Hi Silvio,

I believe you still have to create the class "CLASS-DEFAULT" before you assign
it to the policy map.
ie:

!
class CLASS-DEFAULT
  match cos 1
!
policy-map COS_2_TOS
   class CLASS-DEFAULT
   set ip dscp AF11
!
service-policy input COS_2_TOS
!

Also don't get confused with nested classes.
Remember that when you define your class for classification of traffic one of
your match criteria is the "match class" option.
