Not sure how the security thingies works for SNMP.
but for the second issue, how bout NAT ? NAT the management station to the
ip address of the snmp-server host (I'm assuming you do know the ip
address). Just to be on safe side, do static NAT and advertise a host
route (to beat all the other subnet route on the next hop router of PIX
).......
erm...you're not trying to do something illegal do you ?

Can anyone hit a PIX for SNMP Interface MIB query (providing you have
community string) under two conditions.
1. snmp-server host is not set
2. snmp-server host is set and you are not that host?
