I think you can't do that, because when you boot your router, the router
boot on the IOS on the flash or in the PCMCIA not the both in the same time.
For the example: you have the command boot system flash or boot system
slot(x) not boot system flash-slot(x).

I have a 3640 which has a 16M built-in flash. It also has a 20M PCMCIA card.

I want to put in a 32M IOS, how can I merge slot0 and flash0 to put in the
32M IOS?
