I assume what you're seeing on the 2 routers that aren't forming an adj. w/
each other are that they are in a state of "2WAY/DROTHER" This has nothing
to do with a 3550 being involved. This what happens on Broadcast networks.
DR's and BDR's form adj. with everybody and DROTHERS for adj. with just the
DR and BDR.

Hi Gents,
Perhaps some of you encountered this issu:
I have 3 routers attached in the same VLAN as a cat3550 who is routing
enabled and ospf configured . All 4 are running ospf and on the routers
ethernet ports I had to configure ip ospf mtu-ignore due to to many DBD
packets.
All routers form adjacencies with the catalyst but 2 routers wil not
form adjacencies with eachother. No matter what I try...
I've tried to use to manage the DR and BDR but that didn't help either.
Did someone run into this problem ?
