Reflexive Access List x IP Inspect

Hi Group,

I4am a little confused about the different regarding Reflexive Access List
and IP Inspect command.

For example:

" Configure RouterB such that FTP and SMTP traffic initiaded from the ATM
Network is the only traffic that may return to the ATM Network.. "

For this situation, what is the better strategy ?
