how can I know if there is a topology change ?
I use debug ip ospf monitor but can't see anything useful.
There is only single redistribution point and should not have any route-loop
in the remote ends

has your remote router got a topology change / router redistribution
adverisement going on?
just because you disable HELO's, if there's a topology change, the router
will bring up the link

Subject: OSPF that keeps ISDN UP
Hi group,
I have already used ip ospf demand-circuit on the BRI0 and didn't observe
any OSPF hello across the ISDN. However, I still got the following OSPF
packet (224.0.0.5) from my remote router which keep my ISDN line UP all the
time. Any idea what it is ?
regards,
alec
