Problem with ISDN lines

Guys,

Initally the ISDN port status on my router shows LAYER1 as ACTIVE and LAYER2
as "MULTIPLE FRAME ESTABL:ISHED"
But after a couple of seconds/minutes of in-activity the LAYER1 status shows
"DEACTIVATED" with the following messages on the console Nov 6 19:17:21:
%ISDN-6-LAYER2DOWN: Layer 2 for Interface BR4/7, TEI 67 changed to down
This happens for all the ISDN ports.

I want to prevent this from happening. I want the ISDN status to be always
up.Is this possible?? How??
