Only way you can drop with-in 28 days is if someone else can take your date.
You can not drop the lab dates with-in 28 days,
If you decided not to take the lab, you will have to pay $2500 for your next
one.

You need to read the policy.

Subject: off topic but need ugent reply

I don't know if anyone has the same problem as I do which I reserved a lab
date for 11/22/03. I didn't make the payment and now it's within 28 days.
Tried to drop the lab date, but it won't let me to. Initially, I thought if
I don't make the payment within 28 days, then Cisco will drop my reserved
lab date. Sent Cisco an email, but got an reply saying if I really want to
drop my date, then I have to pay the lab fee since it's within 28 days or I
won't be able to reserve a lab date any more. Does it make sense? Does
anyone know if there's a way to drop the date without making the payment.
Thanks.
