Hi Hunt,
Since your objective is the CCIE Security, I think you should skip the
CCSP exams and go straight for the written.
Groupstudy has a list for the Security exam, you need to subscribe to
security@groupstudy.com.
You PIX experience will help a lot.
Good luck!

Subject: Any suggestions?
Hi guys,
Here comes a question to whoever who has done both CCIEs on R&S +
Security :o)
I have recently passed my R&S CCIE lab, and I'm wondering if I want to
start on my
Security CCIE, can I jump straight into doing the Security Written? Or
should I do
the Security 5 x CCSP exams first?
I have had 2 yrs experience with PIX 515E, and PIX 520s, but it is on
basic
stuff like ACLs, IPSec, PPTP etc. I haven't done anything else on
security
topic, yet I have heard from people saying that R&S CCIE & Security CCIE
is
very similar.
Also, does GroupStudy has any lists or newsgroups for CCSP & CCIE
Security?
What would be you guys suggestions? Any advice would be greatly
appreciated.
