What a cool question for a CCIE mailinglist. ;-)
In the config mode in the BCC just enter 'tftp' and then 'enable'.
But your ASN is telling you that you should start your tftp-server on your
PC!
BTW: Why don't you use FTP to upload your software to the ASN?
Best regards
Roberto

Subject: enable tftp service on a Nortel ASN router ?
Can anyone tell me how to do this ?
I am trying to upgrade a Nortel ASN from 15.4.0.2 to 15.4.2.2
This is what I am getting ---
ASN_BLUE_tftp get 10.100.40.40 asn.exe 1:asn.exe
TFTP service not active.
