Question:

How do you include "Very detailed information" on a rescore request? As I
recall, I contacted cisco via email, and was talking to someone in admin. I
wasn't given the opportunity to talk to the procters, nor did I have any
communication with them, except for an email when it was done, telling me
where the results could be found. It was purely a "do you want it, yes or
no" type of communication. They were polite and professional, but not, well,
interactive.
