Dear ,

There is a QOS setting in the network but i dont think it will help you
much.If it was working ok with ISDN then most probably the setting with
Polycom ( PIC TEL) is OK....I think you better check your router and switch
configuration..if you can send the configurations that may help.

Also check the bandwidth you allocate in POLYCOM. Check your end to end
polycom testing on LAN ( just to make sure how it behaves at high
speed)....it may sound odd as it is doing well on ISDN but it will help you.
