I need to know the following.
1. Actual LAN/WAN topology and mark where you have places the PICTel.
2. End to end ping delay.
3. IP Precedense on PICTel equipment.
4. bandwidth allocated (parameters set ) on PICTEL
5. coverage area of the what kind of video is being transmitted ( still,
slow or fast)
6. Actual problem that you are having ...missing frames, blocks,
synchronization ...and when it occur I mean when you stand still and /OR
when the image is moving.
