The standard 2600's have two slots for DRAM and one slot for flash. The
router with 26/6 could have a single 32 DRAM module installed or could have
two 16 meg DRAM memory modules installed. The one with 21/3 probably has a
16 and an 8 meg DRAM memory module installed. To upgrade to 64 meg you'll
need two 32 meg DRAM modules.

For the flash you'll need to replace the 8 meg flash module with 16 meg
flash module if you want to upgrade.

Subject: OT:Flash and Memory 2610s

Group,

I have another Q which may seem stupid but cant seem to find the answer. To
upgrade my existing 2610's in which i have the following flash and memory

Flash: 8 and Memory:26/6
Flash 8 and Memory :21/3

To upgrade it to 16/64 can i just add the balance Flash and Memory or get 2
* (16/64). i know we have problems with 2500s bcoz of different mem makes
and bootrom issues. Are there any known issues to be aware of.

Thanks in advance for ur time and replies.
Annu.
