RIP Timers

Hey, Group. If a router running RIP and another routing protocol is redistributing route information into that second protocol, how long will it take before the router stops redistributing these routes if the networks become unreachable? I'm thinking the route will continue to be redistribute until the Invalid timer expires. Then it stops the redistribution of these routes. Am I missing something?
