Just for info, in case anybody run same issue. My h/w does not support
"abr", "vbr" etc. commands. From CCO
"Therefore, the PA-A1 supports the unspecified bit rate (UBR) service class
only. You cannot configure other ATM service classes such as non-real-time
variable bit rate (nrt-VBR) or available bit rate (ABR) on permanent
virtual circuits (PVCs) on the PA-A1 ATM port adapter. The UBR service
class provides a high degree of multiplexing or bandwidth sharing, but does
not provide any bounds on cell delay or cell loss."
