Voice codec calculation

If I have another question:

If there are 2 phones. Phone A and Phone B that are talking g729r8 with each other, and it will transmit 60 bytes of VoIP payload per frame (nb: it doesn't include data link overhead).

How do I calculate what this value should be?

Lab39_R7(config-class)#codec preference 1 g729r8 ?
  bytes Specify number of voice data bytes per frame
