PVC status = Deleted

From my understanding, LMI is sent back and forth between the router and FR
switch and exchenge the DLCI and PVC info.
According to the responce from the switch, router detemines the status of
PVCs.

Here is what I want to make sure. Once the router sends LMI inquiry and it
does not come back as responce no matter what's causing it (either Layer1
issue or PVC mapping issue), the status of the PVC will be "Deleted".

Is this correct?
