I could have sworn I remember reading a policy about that on Cisco's
website some years back. That if you cancel before the 28th day, no
charge, if you cancel within 15 days it was half the fee, 10 day like
three quarters of the fee and then writhing 5 days the full fee. I
remember reading this sometime ago on their site. I do not know if it is
still true.

Yeah, but did you get the warning that you would forfeit your $1250? I
too was a day short of the 28 day limit. By the time I got a response,
I was reminded of the rule and am now due to take my lab on the 13th.

Didja know that if you do drop short of the 28 days and have not paid,
you cannot reschedule until you have paid the $1,250 for the original
seating? So you get to pay $2,500 for the next test?

So that's why I decided to just suck it up and take the test.

Oh well. At least this lab fee is a "professional enrichment" tax
write-off.
