frame relay switching via 2 cisco 2501

hi
i have 2 cisco 2501 routers
i am trying to configure frame relay switching between the 2 devices. ie
make the 2 routers1 frame relay switch
i configured a tunnel but i cant seem to be able to route frame relays pvc
between the 2 devices. i can get ip connectivity between the 2 devices via
async port

has anyone got the config please
