OT: Marking ToS with 6509 CatOS

I've heard that a 6509 CatOS can flip on the TOS bits for
IP precedence or DSCP. I'm looking for a sample config
to be able to pick a port on the switch and mark all
or certain types of traffic coming from it. I've read a
few documents on it but it seems far less straight forward
than it could be. Any pointers would be appreciated.

I'm used to marking traffic with access lists on default
gateways but if a switch can do this automagically,
it would be preferable.
