normal burst = configured rate * (1 byte)/(8 bits) * 1.5 seconds
extended burst = 2 * normal burst
Can someone provide an example of this formula in use with the rate-limit
command. What does (1 byte)/(8 bits) mean? Here's what I come up with for
a 10 mbit limit.
rate-limit output (rate=bits) (bc=bytes) (be=bytes)
rate-limit output 10000000 1875 3750
