Alec,
 
I think you should enable both.This is my reasoning:
 
RSVP will allocate and reserve the b/w to voice traffic,but wont prioritize them.There may be other RSVP based apps sharing the same link.
 
So if we enable ip rtp priority then Voice traffic will get priority along with b/w when other apps or flows are also there.
 
Correct me or add if required.
