Tony wins the grand prize!

I had to reach out to about 5 other engineers to get the answer but I
finally got it... SC is Subscriber Connector and ST is Straight Tip.

FYI - the engineer that knew the answer was cable certified and worked
for cablevision for 10 years... now I don't feel so bad!
