Mac,
Maybe the Q is answered.
With the old ios code with OSPF u had to configure route to null0.EIGRP
did it automatically. With 12.1.(17) onwards [Refer OSPf design guide to
be sure] OSPF also does it. EIGRP continues the old mech it had.
So i guess it would be the other way round for old code and OSPF. HTH.
