OT: IPT Extension mobility script!

Group,
If i have a production IP Telephony system with Extension mobility enabled for all yours. I need to be able to run scripts to do the following:
 
1- Automatically, Log off all logged users at 5:00 p.m
2- Automatically, logs off a user after not answering 5 missed calls.
 
I do't know where to start looking? Is it another product from Cisco, is it a third party product or is it an available feature in the CRA engine.
