AD 255 means it's not reachable or something like a bad info, so the
router wouldn't put it into routing table..
When there is no specific route in routing table the routing table upon
which the summary is based on, the summary would be removed as a
consequence.
Anwar, have you tried to restart your router and see if the route is still
there ?

Can you see summarization on other router ?
When I tried it, putting an admin. distance of 255 also sotps the
summarization.
