They are all set to 2102.
For some reason the router that wont upgrade show 14336K/2048K o f memory
and the ones that do work have 16384K/2048K. Why the difference in memory?
Do some models have some memory on the mother board?

Roger,
Is your config-register set to 0x2101? Show version and see if
it lists the flash as read only. If it does, set the register to 0x2101
(or 0x2141 for that matter), reboot and try the upgrade again.
