The 2600's can do dot1q on a 10meg interface.

You have two choices from the bottom of the cisco product line. A cisco
1721 can do dot1q (not sure about isl) encapsulation so that will work
for
you or any 2600 with 1 fast ethernet interface (you need at least
100mbps
interface to do dot1q or isl so the 2500 series is out). Good luck
