Try the different scenarios you've outlined with the
"isdn test call interface bri0/0 xxxxxxxxxx"
x's = the called #
See if anything changes & post results.
You should be able to bring the interfaces up without
authentication, but without the dialer string you wont
be able to do anything when there is "interesting
traffic"
Also - does HDLC work with DDR? I didn't think it
did??
