Scott,
SRST seems to be what I need.
I can't justify the purchase of Call Manager (expensive), given that I am in
the R&S track.
Also I don't have much time to learn about IP telephony (lab is 2 months
away).
There seem to be software in the IP phone as I can see ip addresses, gateway
etc....
I am planning to configure the parameters using DHCP on the 3550...and learn
more about SRST
