One train of thought:
1-when doing voice over, you're going to have to rely on the frts
(interval-bc, cir, mincir, disallow buffer crediting/be,
lfi/fragmentation/reduce serialization delay) - disallow the 'reaction' to
congestion in the provider's network - and hope that you are getting your
cir/mincir out of them....
2-sometimes it will be a mixture of both (i.e. voice over on a 7513 -
distributed traffic shaping) - where the frame-relay subinterface points to
the map-class, map-class points to the service-policy, and service-policy
implements a form of gts)
