Well I got an e-mail from Shannon Fair at Cisco. It appears that the
certificate may have gotten lost. Shannon said that mine was sent out in
July. They are sending me another one. It seems that they have really
speeded up the process. Kym- you might want to send Cisco a reminder
e-mail. Thanks to everyone for their input.

I passed the lab in Feb and haven't received either the certificate or the
