I believe the first and third will do the same, the [01] matches either a 0
or 1. The [0-1] matches a range of 0 through 1 (small range obviously) The
first set of numbers 703810 and the last 3 numbers being the same in both
examples I mentioned.
From my understanding, the , (comma) is used to insert a one second pause
allowing for a dial tone to occur before the router plays out the digits.
I've never seen it/used it in a destination-pattern before.
