Agree, but for LAB only purposes you can take XM image and put it on usual
2600 (just make sure dram and flash are at a maximum)

I've gotten two 2600's in my lab lately but I just
spent all desposable cash on a Cat 3550 so I'll half
to lump it with the 2500's for a while longer.
You're right though and once in a while I get bit by
that trying to exicute a lab.
