If you can get 12.2.15T5 ENTERPRISE PLUS IPSEC 3DES loaded on your routers,
you would have everything you need for R&S. For Security, just add FW/IDS
to that feature set.

Many will argue you do not need that level of IOS. If you look at many of
the advanced features for 12.2 and what version they are introduced, you
should be able to answer for yourself what level you need.

I am curious to which version and feature set people would recommend to
run on my pod?

I am updating to get to 12.2, but am not quite sure which version would
be best to use to be compatible with most scenarios and the lab exam.

Is it best to use the 12.2T versions and is IP enough or should I go for
IP Plus? Or just go for 12.3?
